The candidate will ideally have a professional Accountancy Qualification and a strong financial acumen. The Role:

• Preparation of P&L, Trial Balance and Balance sheet of main divisions.
• Co-ordination of weekly management reports- Stock, payroll, sales
• Identification and analysis of variations to budget
• Statutory payments on time about Sales Tax, Excise, VAT, TDS, PF, Income Tax.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports; providing commercial and finance support to the business

Skills and Experience:

• An Accountancy qualification
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

The Role:

• Playing a key support to the financial controller on various business areas around revenue recognition, revenue forecasting, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness
• Responsible for the preparation of P&L accounts, statutory accounts, weekly and monthly management reports as well as focusing on Balance Sheet controls and processes
• The creation and maintenance of internal projects, due diligence projects and business reporting for the organisation. Liaise closely with management to understand key variances to budget and give insight to ongoing business performance

 Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 2-3 years PQE experience
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ideally have FMCG experience.

The Head of Customer Care will develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the team’s continued operational excellence. The Manager will also monitor and report on individual and team performance, and collect, analyze, and report on operations information.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities include:

• Production of Management accounts and budgets on a monthly and annual basis
• Fixed asset register / listing and calculation of depreciation
• Vat control account and reconciliation, preparation of bi-monthly and annual Vat returns for submission to the Inspector of Taxes
• PAYE/PRSI Control account and reconciliation, preparation of monthly P30 returns together with annual P35 for submission of the Inspector of taxes – including responsibility for monthly payroll of employees
• Creditors Control account and reconciliation
• Corporation Tax computation and reconciliation to control account
• Capital allowances calculation
• Debtors Control account and reconciliation
• Production of financial statements
• Production of consolidated financial statements for group companies
• Bank reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

• The Key for this role is  someone who can develop a strategy; can take projects through from “start to finish” has experience re- launching  main products and NPD and developing the Brand
• This person must operate at a Senior level and can manage the innovation agenda and have the flexibility to multi- task and prioritise workload.
• The ideal person must be willing to be flexible, will be creative, forward thinking with drive and ambition but also have the commercial awareness and meeting budget requirements.
• This person in essence will be responsible for the full remit of the marketing area and will work closely with the Research and Development team.

Key Requirements:

• Marketing qualification. Have strong academic performance with an acute appreciation of business/commercial planning in your roles to date
• Candidates must have a strict minimum 5 years Marketing experience and come from a Fashion/Textile background
• Strong consumer marketing skills, including full P&L ownership

 This is a 12 Month role (its Public Sector) so in this instance there is not opening for a permanent role in the short term.

 There is a deployment happening SQLServer 2008R2 and Sharepoint 2010 (very high number of end users in this rollout and this is a Greenfield Sharepoint Site) – so you will be the administrator on site for Sharepoint (you’re not necessarily involved in the rollout). Microsoft are more than likely working directly with the organisation on this project.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years with supporting Sharepoint or acting as an administrator for Sharepoint for a large environment .
• Experience with SQL Server (can be concurrent with SharePoint experience).

Desirable:

• SQLServer clusters, exposure to RBS, exposure to enterprise environments (> 100,000 users), familiarity with HA⁄DR solutions in the SQL⁄Sharepoint space
