Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading business in the Cosmetic sector This role will focus on expanding business across all sales channels, primarily working with existing customers. Your ability to grow relationships and identify opportunities in overseas markets will be key to your success. note this is an on site role with no option for Hybrid/Remote working and the ideal candidate would live or would have a desire to move to the Kilkenny area

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the B2B beauty market
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and work to expand the company's presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
• Present tailored solutions, articulating the value proposition of products and services
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a business development role, preferably within the cosmetics sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and work under pressure.
