Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Overview:
My client is a rapidly expanding global pharmaceutical company seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ireland. This is a pivotal role in our growing supply chain function, focusing on purchasing, planning, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Manage global inventory and stock levels to maintain optimal supply.
- Coordinate the global distribution of products, ensuring sufficient lead times.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to supply chain activities.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar, fast-paced supply chain role.
- Broad background in purchasing, planning, and logistics.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite.
