Role Overview
As a Development & Innovation Technologist, you'll play a vital role in their dynamic R&D Team, responsible for driving product development from initial concept to market launch. This is a hands-on opportunity to create innovative, nutritious food products tailored to meet customer needs across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead projects from recipe design to testing and implementation, ensuring products meet brand standards and customer expectations.
- Innovation & Compliance: Drive the creation of new product lines, upholding high standards for nutritional value and legal compliance.
- Customer Collaboration: Serve as a key contact for customer and commercial teams, managing accounts and providing technical support for tailored product solutions.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Project Management: Coordinate the NPD process with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and support scalable production.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: A qualification in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
- Experience: Some experience in manufacturing or product development, with knowledge of food science, animal nutrition, and compliance.
- Skills: A proactive communicator and strategic thinker who can work independently and manage projects effectively.
