HR Generalist
Location: North Dublin (On-site)
Industry: Leading hardware wholesaler

On behalf of my client, a leading wholesaler of hardware products, I am recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a pivotal role in supporting the company's rapid growth, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance across Ireland and the UK. The role is based on-site in North Dublin and involves some travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a key HR contact, resolving queries, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish and UK employment laws and maintain HR records.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits programmes, and salary reviews.
  • Provide HR reporting and assist with organisational change projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related field with 3+ years' generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
