Culinary Coordinator Assistant

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm | Kildare

Are you looking to take the next step in your food career - without the unsociable hours?
We're looking for someone with food, kitchen, or HACCP experience who's ready to join a passionate team and build a future in the food industry.

About the Role:
As our Culinary Coordinator Assistant, you'll play a hands-on part in a busy, creative kitchen. Working alongside a friendly and ambitious team, you'll help prepare, label, and pack new products, support with stock and orders and be part of developing exciting new flavours for the market.

No evenings, weekends, or late nights - just a sense of purpose, regular hours, and the chance to develop your skills.

This role will suit you if you:

  • Have experience in food, kitchens, retail, or hospitality - whether you've worked behind a deli, in a supermarket, a coffee shop, or a fast-paced kitchen.

  • Are familiar with food safety and HACCP principles.

  • Want a stable, full-time role with regular hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Would like to be part of a team that values creativity, teamwork, and quality.

  • Are based in or near Kildare and drive.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and pack products with care and accuracy

  • Assist with stock control and orders

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

  • Support the team in developing new products and presentations

  • Contribute to a positive, driven team culture

Why join us?

  • Be part of a team where your contribution matters

  • Learn new skills and develop your career in the food industry

  • Enjoy a stable schedule with no late nights or weekends

  • Work with people who are passionate about food, creativity, and bringing new flavours to the public
