I am excited to represent my client, a leading pharmaceutical company, in the search for a Material Movement Integrator for their state-of-the-art high-potency facility in Carlow. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient material transfers and seamless warehouse operations, all while supporting cutting-edge pharmaceutical production.

This facility operates under a Just in Time (JIT) warehouse philosophy, emphasizing precise material movements to meet production needs. About the Role

As the Material Movement Integrator, you will play a critical role in managing material transfers between the facility's warehouse and the main site warehouse. Your contributions will ensure accurate stock levels, timely material availability, and alignment with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee primary packaging and single-use materials, including preparation through PSA.
  • Set up and manage Kanban systems to facilitate smooth material movement.
  • Ensure material accuracy in SAP, conduct cycle counting, and confirm consumption aligns with production orders.
  • Act as a SAP SME, driving proficiency and process improvements within the team.
  • Monitor warehouse capacity levels (ambient and 2-8°C) and coordinate material transfers as needed.
  • Collaborate with facilities to maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and ensure timely replenishment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

My client is looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Previous warehousing experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or high-potency facilities.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and GDP is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job-related systems.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and meet tight deadlines.
