Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative NPD Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience in the food industry to join one of Ireland's leading culinary teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, developing innovative food products and flavours. You will be based full-time on site in Kildare, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to Launch on behalf of the business
• Work closely with customers on brief and complete presentations
• Conduct trials, taste panels, and ingredient evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality.
• Stay updated on food trends and flavour innovations.
• Support the NPD team in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in NPD.
• Passion for food, flavours, and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
