Client Support Specialist- Warehousing and Distribution
Location: Onsite in Dublin 15
We are currently recruiting for an On-site Client Support Specialist to collaborate closely with our account management and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on providing on-site services, managing product distribution, offering technical support, solving problems, and maximizing business opportunities for both the company and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to various locations around the client site.
- Receive goods, including checking, counting, and putting away stock.
- Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes and order turnaround times.
- Manage stock levels on-site to ensure required levels are maintained.
- Conduct stock checks and cycle counts with a proactive approach to maintaining accuracy.
- Operate a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other systems.
- Take a proactive approach to identify both problems and solutions.
- Support project rollouts, ongoing objectives, and critical customer requirements.
- Maintain flexibility to perform other duties as required.
- Use company vehicles and forklifts.
- Manage project deliverables and tasks to completion within specified timeframes.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary, following procedures and guidance.
- Install and move equipment as required.
- Work with various computerized systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can use own initiative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify customer needs, sales opportunities, and passionate about providing a high level of customer service
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving aptitude
- Full Irish driver's licence desirable
- Forklift experience desirable
- Prior experience using stock control systems such as SAP, or similar systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferred
