Quality Control Specialist - 22952

My client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Carlow, is expanding and seeking an Associate Quality Control Specialist to join their Incoming Quality team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting key quality processes and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the New Material Introduction process and supplier qualification
• Coordinate and manage quality standards for raw materials and components
• Collaborate with external testing laboratories to ensure compliance
• Support internal/external investigations and audits
• Contribute to lab capability improvements and efficiency projects
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, cGLP, and company safety policies

What You'll Need:

• 2-4 years' experience in a cGMP laboratory environment
• Strong knowledge of New Material Introduction processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related science discipline
• Experience in method validation and transfer (a plus)
