Title: Quality Manager
Location: Carlow

Overview:
A leading designer and manufacturer of modular infrastructure is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards. This role involves ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and liaising with customers to meet quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and EN 1090-compliant quality management systems
Lead internal and external audits and ensure adherence to quality regulations
Oversee documentation, including quality manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certificates
Act as the primary customer contact for quality-related matters, ensuring clear communication and documentation
Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and data analysis tools
Train and mentor staff on quality policies and procedures
Identify and mitigate quality risks, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001
Experience managing EN 1090 compliance
Minimum 5 years in quality management within engineering or manufacturing
Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
