Job Title: Senior Supply Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast-growing global FMCG start-up for an experienced Global Supply Planner. As the company scales up due to considerable growth through the launch of new and existing products into global markets, they need to hire skilled supply planners to help establish new global planning processes to ensure efficient and effective scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning process across a virtual supply chain, ensuring smooth delivery from contract manufacturers.
• Manage product launches and maintain continuity of supply for existing products to prevent market disruptions.
• Regularly reconcile raw material inventory, both pre- and post-production, and at month-end.
• Set up and maintain master data for all raw material inventory items.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to manage and prioritise shortages and plan change requests.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply or material planning at a global or regional level within the FMCG sector.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP implementation or optimisation is highly advantageous.
