Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:

My client, a rapidly expanding global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing supply chain function in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, extensive experience with Excel, and proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyse supply chain data to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using Excel and other data tools.
• Utilise Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to analyse and visualise data.
• Transform data insights into actionable recommendations for supply chain improvements.
• Present data findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and anomalies.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in supply chain operations and data analysis.
• Extensive experience with Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable presenting data to senior leadership.
