Supply Chain Inventory Manager - Hardware

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Inventory Manager to join a leading company within the hardware industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the business while working closely with the Managing Director and managing a team of two replenishment planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain inventory process, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient replenishment strategies
• Oversee and develop a team of two replenishment planners, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor inventory turnover, demand planning, and stock forecasting
• Implement and manage the introduction of a new ERP system to replace the current Excel-based planning and purchasing system, improving efficiency and accuracy across the business
• Provide strategic guidance on inventory management, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory planning with broader business objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supply chain and inventory management, ideally within the retail or hardware industry
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a small team
• Strong background in implementing or upgrading ERP systems within a business environment
• Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on improving processes and driving efficiencies
• Retail sector experience is highly desirable
