Talent Acquisition Specialist - Life Sciences

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on the life sciences field. This role will not involve business development (BD) but will enable you to work closely with our Associate Directors, managing the full candidate journey from sourcing to placement. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to specialise in life sciences, gain exposure to complex roles, and work in a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management: Take full responsibility for the candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with Associate Directors and engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining high standards of communication and engagement.

Market Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends and developments in the life sciences sector to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Requirements:

Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the life sciences or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a good sense of humour, capable of dealing with the highs and lows of the recruitment industry.

Ambition: Ambitious and driven, with the ability to understand complex specifications and roles quickly.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients, building strong relationships.
