Technical Manager (15-Month Contract)
Location: North Dublin (On-site, Monday to Friday)
Industry: Leading Irish Food Producer
On behalf of my client, one of Ireland's leading food producers, I am recruiting for a Technical Manager. This 15-month contract role will cover a secondment within the organisation. Based on-site in North Dublin, the role will oversee food safety and quality management, leading a team of two in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with BRC standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and prepare for BRC and customer audits, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
- Provide strong leadership to the technical team, supporting their development and performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, company, and customer food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or quality management role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in leading BRC audits and managing food safety compliance.
- Previous experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
