We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse Manager, lead the warehouse team. This role involves quality control, coordination with various departments, and oversight of storage, delivery, and order dispatch. It also includes tasks such as staffing, safety maintenance, inventory control, and process optimization in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control for incoming goods, including packaging and raw materials
• Coordination with various company departments and external partners
• Planning and overseeing storage, delivery, and order dispatch
• Implementing directives from the Planning manager
• Generating regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Recruiting and training staff, monitoring their performance
• Daily briefings to the team
• Maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Ensuring staff are trained for forklift use
• Assembly of orders, addressing shortages or issues
• Providing stock and transport cost updates to the management
• Enforcing standards and SOPs within the department
• Collaborating with Inventory/Quality Control for inventory accuracy
• Investigating discrepancies and recommending solutions
• Contributing to strategic planning and operational objectives
• Forecasting requirements, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Determining product handling and storage requirements
• Developing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Optimizing warehouse layout for efficient operations
• Managing personnel-related issues, including recruitment and training
• Ensuring workplace health and safety, warehouse security
• Overall management of people, processes, and systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of warehouse operations experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in managing processes and teams
• Strong reporting skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Willingness to challenge and improve processes
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Deadline-oriented
• Ability to lead and prioritize in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Team-building skills with a positive attitude
• Trained in HACCP principles
