Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: North Dublin
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Day position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of products for both inbound and outbound activities. This key role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the complete process from goods receipt to dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and computer literacy, contributing to a safe, clean, and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Shipments:

    • Oversee a team to ensure they pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments for export
    • Print and verify consignment labels to ensure they match the correct destination details and include all required documentation
  • Inbound Shipments:

    • Receive and log shipments accurately into the system.
    • Cross-reference received goods with purchase orders and address any discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with team members to meet targets and maintain workflow efficiency
    • Ensure teams' compliance with GDP standards
    • Manager HR and disciplinary issues
  • Health & Safety:

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Champion the client's ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ Years experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role
    • Experience with temperature controlled goods, GDP experience is highly desirable
    • Experience in training and coaching teams.
    • Proficiency with IT systems, including ERP/CRM platforms
    • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods by Air (IATA) regulations
    • Forklift License (Counterbalance)
    • Experience with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and various courier shipping platforms.
