We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Systems Specialist to join the Lab Digital Sciences organization. This role focuses on technical support for Quality Control (QC) operations, including building and maintaining LIMS master data in compliance with established standards. You will play a key role in supporting laboratory testing activities, ensuring timely product release, stability testing, and uninterrupted supply to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain master/static data in laboratory digital systems following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with QC teams to ensure accurate lab system setups and execute appropriate change management processes.
  • Conduct system testing, including dry runs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementing enhancements to improve compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Support QC lab users by addressing ad hoc technical issues and contributing to process improvements.
  • Author, revise, and review procedural documents such as SOPs and WIs.
  • Provide updates on technical issues and activity status to team members and management.
  • Participate in project teams, delivering assigned tasks effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, computer, or engineering discipline with 1-3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with lab systems (e.g., LIMS, LES, Empower, MODA, CIMS) or databases/programming is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, etc.) and other relevant software.
  • Understanding of cGMPs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently or collaboratively.
