Distribution Manager - Expanding Global FMCG

Are you an experienced Distribution Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, export-driven FMCG environment? Join an innovative and growing global organisation supplying luxury goods to over 50 international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening end-to-end supply chain processes and ensuring seamless distribution across the globe.

About the Role:

As Distribution Manager, you will:

• Oversee the main warehouse, 3PL storage facilities, and production operations.
• Plan and manage daily warehouse activities, including inbound deliveries, transfers, and outbound shipments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, ensuring resources are optimised during seasonal peaks.
• Identify training needs and implement staff development programmes.
• Drive improvements in warehousing and distribution processes, ensuring efficient inventory management across the global supply chain.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 7-8 years in warehousing and distribution, ideally within an export-led FMCG environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with strong people management expertise.
• SME Expertise: Experience working within a growing export-driven SME is highly desirable.
• Hands-On Approach: This role is based onsite five days a week.
